Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing/Management/Planning/Development, either for a leading storage company or a top OEM
- Strong technical knowledge of Storage and Flash is required, plus a strong background at least 2 others of the following areas: SAN, NAS, distributed file system, Server SAN, all Flash array, scale up technology, storage fabric, SSD, storage virtualization
- Ability to drive projects effectively in a cross-functional, international team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to quickly understand complex concepts, simplify and translate them for a variety of audiences, and communicate them very clearly and effectively.
- Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese as well as exceptionally strong English language skill is a firm requirement
- Substantial experience working with external partners and customers is required
Education Requirements
-Required: Bachelor's degree, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
-Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or Business
